Question:
I know if you reach 6 or more points in the first 2 years of driving you have to go back to learner status and have to take the driving test again, but what happens after that do you go back to a clean licene or do they give you more points? what happens? thanks

ignation is locked up on 2004?
Depends on the state. I have had my licensed suspended once and it does not clear your record nor did the suspension itself add points to my driving record. To get my license back all I had to do was go in and have my pic taken and fill out the paperwork the day the suspension was lifted. I was then on probation for a year.No they just suspend your license and you can't drive for awhile. and then you can get it back after whatever months they give you on suspension, but your on probation when you get it back so you can't have any tickets in that period
