Does this require grounding or bonding?
Are you sure you only Clipped the guys car, if your car flipped over it must of been worse then that but then your probly getting ready to talk to the judge and need to make it sound less worse right ;)But anyways I can imagine theyll suspend your license and maybe some community service.

Why should people clean off the ice and snow on top of the car?
You got away lightly with just "careless driving". What could happen due to the seriousness of the accident, you would possibly be banned from driving for a while, given 6-8 points and be forced to wear an electronic tag or go to jail for a while.Seriously. I have seen it happen.

you'll probably get a hefty fine maybe some time or communtiy service hoursYou'll probably have to pay a small fine and take some sort of safe driving course. A pain in the neck, sure, but not as bad as getting your leg broken by some dope.

Who should be allowed to drive?
It is likely just to be a fine, much to the upset of the guy who got his leg broken. When the magistrate or judge speaks to you about it, show REMORSE and offer to do something for the victim. That will help.Good luck mate, it sounds as if you've been more than a little unlucky here. When you go to court claim that you had really painful cramp in your leg suddenly and you took your eyes off of the road for a split second. Just pull on the heart strings it was a freak accident and they may well be leanient.
how do you sneak out with an alarm system?
It obviously wouldn't already be in your statement, but it could always be that it wasn't metioned because you were in shock. It's worth a try tear on the heart strings, look smart in court and show how sorry you are. It always helps to have a decent cover story even if you don't use my idea.

Good luck mate I hope you get off lightly, just be careful in future.
what should be tire prsure in front and rear in toyota?
More likely than not, you will just be facing a fine and points on your license. It will also depend on your driving record up to now. It is very unlikely you will serve any jail time. Depending on what state you live, careless driving is a lesser serious charge than wreckless driving. Regardless, you will be held liable for the injured party's damages. I would hire an attorney or at the very least have a public defender appointed to represent you and protect your rights in the criminal matter (careless driving). This does not mean that you are a criminal! Just that you need to be more careful. oh dear, sounds to me as though your going to be losingyour licence! next time drive more carefullyDo seat belts really save lives?
You will at the very least get 6 points and a fine if convicted and as you have had your full licence for less than 2 years you will have your full licence taken from you and then you will revert back to provisional licence holder status and have to apply for a provisional licence and sit a theory test and an extended practical driving test before you get your full licence back. Your insurance will be much dearer once you get your licence back.BIG MONEY, maybe a suspension, huge insurance premimums, possible traffic school, lawsuit, etc...
fine, suspension of license, and possibly probation/jail time
