I would be. Most people give unions a bad rap. But most union workers undergo extensive training in what they do and now they're being replaced with people off the street. Do you think corporate Goodyear is going to waste time training these new people as well as they trained the union workers. Of course not, they need to get tires made now so that they have their money rolling in.
