I dont know where you are but if you were in Toronto, On I would tell you to go to B.T. Our breakfast television show does car seat safety all the time. Or go to your DMV -Driver Motor Vehicle Branch, they also can help you. As well as where everyone else said. I would also ask the folks where you bought it if they could help with the installation. Just make sure you get the tether strap in right. It can save your Babies life. Without that in right your car seat is almost useless.
