Answers:

Why do people still attempt to drive?

Yes it is---but it will never get changed because too many parents like it when their child can take over the transportation issue.
But many states are imposing limits as to passengers--and THAT is a step in the right direction!

A rare sensible question from me, driving lessons....?

Hm.. I think 15 with a permit and 16 with a license is fine, but then again I'm 15.
I don't, however, think 14 is an okay age for a kid to get their permit and that's the way it is in Kansas.

looking for street laws of massillon, such as parking on side of streetand street signs?

YES! 15/16 is way too young. Its been shown that reaction time is slower because those parts of the brain are not yet fully developed, and neither are the areas of the brain involved in a sense of responsibility. Add into that the Immortality Complex of the average teenager and its a recipe for trouble.

How old do u think u have to be before u r driving privileges are revoked?

I've been told by local police officers that the older 16 and 17 year old drivers are worse than the 14 and 15 year olds, so does waiting until they are 16 or 17 help? Probably not.

about school buses?

Yes, far too young. It should be 18 at minimum. Below the age of 18 most people's sense of reason, the area of the brain that controls reason which gives us the sense to make good decisions has not yet fully developed. This makes putting people under the age of 18 behind the wheel very dangerous.

where do I look to take a drivers pre-test.?

I think that it is set at a good age becasue parents also play a large part of "freedom" you get with a first car. if the person is responsible enough to drive then the parent will most likely take note and thsu give their kid a little more freedom, and if the person is immature, vise versa.

list four contributing factors that increase the risk of accidents occuring in mining?

No the road test is way too easy.
You would think that with all the high -tech toys we have ,that some body would come up with a driving simulator similar to what pilots use. The driving simulator would create situations that it would be either impractical or unsafe to do in a real world environment.
Before a teen could take a road test in a real automobile, they would have to pass the simulator test.
Yes the simulator would be expensive, But so are accidents, and injuries.

who can look at a semi drivers log book?

Probably YES for general driving around. Driving to and from work or school with no other people in the car is probably ok for kids around 16 who have good grades and a good driving record, BUT it is too early for kids with no record who wish to drive around with other kids too and from dances, etc.

i got sick while at work.my employer gave my job away an made me take another job at lower pay can they do tha

YES it is too young. Here in MA the age is 16 for a permit and 16 1/2 for license. BUT the age is only part of the problem with young drivers. The other part is the driving schools that are suppose to be teaching the kids how to drive. As an example only I was driving by a driving school and saw one of the driving school cars parked right on the very corner of the intersection Following parking laws you are suppose to park 15 or 20 feet away from the corner/intersection. Seeing this how do you think the kids who are learning to drive will understand this. They will follow suit and park right on the corner and NOT the minimum required by law.

I was in a car accident earlier today...why am i still shaking?

No comment. I live in Hong Kong, China and the driving age here is 18, there really is no need for a car here, since it is a very small city. I haven't ever been in the USA, so I don't know if a car is necessary. But I think 16 is too young.
