Question:
It's been happening for a couple weeks. My car has been diagnoses with a leaking radiator, but would that make the ice form only on the drivers side of vehicle?

Why do DRIVE THROUGH atm machines have brail?
You may also have a leaking heater core. You may have a vacuum leak and the doors in the dash that direct the air flow are not working. If the coolant level drops and depending on the car, you may not have coolant circulating through the heater core AND you would have little to no heat. BE CAREFUL! if your engine overheats because of low coolant- you may have to change the engine! If the car is equipped with air conditioning, turn it on and set the temp selector to hot. With the air conditioner running, it removes moisture from the cabin. It "CONDITIONS" the air.
Drivers license test and parallel parking?
It is possble. you are getting excess liqhuid out that side and it is easily frozen.Do yourself a favor and have it replace not repaired, you will be happier in the long run. It also is cheaper.
I know this is absurd, but we here in Sunny Southern California are having a hard time relating. It is 75 degrees here, and the sun is shining.
Anyway, here is my take. You are sitting on the drivers side of the car exhaling Co2 and water vapor. This collects on the drivers side windows and when you park this moisture freezes. The passenger side would too but not quite as much moisture is there and that side is warmer because of where you park your car.
