More accidents happen on local streets at intersections or parking lots then on highways because on the streets there is traffic going in all directions as well as other things like kids that run in front of cars or things like that on the highway traffic all moves in one direction making driving alot easier of course accidents on highways are much more dangerous because of the higher speeds.local
