yes i do know some1 that this happened to and he took the law into his own hands bc the dude tailgating was a copsee when he slowed down the cop got closer so he pulled his e brake and the cop was to close to swerve so he hit him i know that this sounds fake but the guy did do it and the cop had to pay for the damages bc he failed to control his car so if all else fails pull ur e and drop some gears

In most states, if you hit someone from the back, you are automatically at fault. The jerk will have to pay the dammage on both cars. Just be careful that you're not going too fast at the time.
