when i go to hilly area to upward i am unable to use hand brake of my car. car moves backward. It is a big problem for me. Kindly tell me how should use hand brake properly.

First of all don't pull the hand brake all the way up. Pull it up only enough so the car rolls only a little, maybe halfway up. Then, release the brake pedal with the shifter in first and the clutch down, then go into gear like normal while releasing the hand brake slowly .

What is the outcome of fail to remain and careless? with no one hurt, and both charges are under the hta!?

Trick is to not get nervous and release the handbrake all at once, slowly go off of it.
