People who drive convertibles freak me out. Every time I see someone driving a convertible, I think of the greater likelihood of them getting robbed, beaten, or even abducted. I don't know, it could just be me. same goes for motorcyclists...

I agree I hate convertibles. I like moonroofs thats it. Plus when your in a rollover your chance of being seriously injured are greater. And If you leave something in the seat its easier for it to get stolen. and kids can be mean and destroy the top.1st time ALCOHOL OPEN CONTAINER in my car, does any one know the consequences?

did you ever stop to think of all the people watching you as you walk down the street... which hand you carry your drink in, your keys, the way you blissfully ignore people at outdoor cafes as you chatter away on your phone.. those are the people you need to be worried about... not us sun worshippers :)

You worry too much, I drove an MG Midget with the top always off, never concerned me, not even the fact I could end up under some truck. I just drove and enjoyed, didn't think "what if".I have a Mustang Convertible, It's "off the hook cool", I love convertibles, I still get excited when the top goes down, it's like owning two cars, I did install a four point "Roll bar" to provide "Roll Over" protection, just in case.
