I am looking for numbers of tickets issued, revenue generated, and other data. I am interested in federal, state and local levels.

Speeding tickets are issued as per state regulations; therefore, I would suggest checking with your state's dept of transportation. I don't know of any speeding violations that come under the federal level. As far as local statistics, check with the magistrate and/or local police in your area. Your magistrate can also provide information re: the determination of the amount of the ticket since amounts are either determined by a pre-set scale by your state government or a "sliding scale" set by the magistrate in his/her district.
