Well... I Still see people driving cars, trucks , coaches , vans still using their mobile fones regardless of what the law says ... one way round it, is to take the registration of the vehicle, and time you saw them using the fone and fone the fuzz and report it . after all it is a crime isnt it??
they can easily prove the vehicle was on the road at that time with all the cctv about, and also check the fone records of the offending person, and surely that would be enough to slap a 60 quid fine and 3 points on the table for them !!
