dazed&confused................... just plain rude!I would say that this person may be pre-occupied by his/her agenda or thoughts at the moment, or perhaps on the cell phone in a detailed conversation. We all get distracted by our thoughts at times, and we all make silly errors once in a while. While operating a vehicle, all drivers must pay attention to the errors of others in order to survive each trip.
Being self-righteous and critical of others is a human trait, but I don't ever "assume" anything while Im driving. You don't know what's going on inside that other vehicle.....distraction, headache, illness, medication, alcohol, drugs, etc.
