Not only should they not leave a toddler or infant unattended in a car, but let alone, an ignition key on with the kid inside...what a stupid act!....geesh she is lucky to even have the child back!
I bet this dumb woman was thinking of her wallet or the car insurance, rather than to care about her child...this is the kind of behavior that leads society over to dark spots of a community that depresses us, and isolate us at a certain point, if you know what I mean....

A lot of mothers are guilty of this including myself. I used to do that when my kids were under 1yr. I would bring spare keys with me and lock the doors. Good thing nothing never happened but you never know with or without the car running even with or without kids being inside. Its not a smart move either way but like anything else, some people will continue to do stupid things, until they grow up or something happens. My hope would be that people grow up before anything bad ever happens.How long are the lines between the lanes on a freeway?
