This road near my house...?

Question:
is a one lane road. No passing zone. But both sides are the road are wide enough to fit two cars. An I see a lot of times cars using it as if each side has tw lanes. What do I do? Drive down the middle? Drive down on one side? Thanks for the input.

is it one lane or one way? If it's 2 way then it's not one lane so to speak.. Make room for the other drivers...be cortious to others...no need to be in a hurry or be a road hog.

Lots of country roads out where I am. Stick to the side you belong on, this isn't a one way so traffic is allowed in both directions. Driving down the middle isn't overly wise.
A neighbor always rode the middle of the road and always drove too fast. People complained that one day he was going to take someone out. His son drove the same way. One fine spring morning both father and son crested the hill coming in opposite directions.. neither one survived.
