Side collision?

I wish buses had seat belts!

I have the ignition interlock device installed on my car. I failed the breathalyzer test. Help me out, please!

There are a lot of theories floating around for both sides of the argument; the most common seems to be that because buses are built differently than cars and trucks, seat belts may actually pose more hazardous than helpful.

Alright I need some help with an electric car?

Some say that they would be a fire hazard on a full bus; others point to research which actually suggests seat belts on buses may cause more harm.

Why do drivers wait to turn on their car blinker after they are in the turning bay?

accident questions?

(See various links in source.)

should teens younger than 15 drive legally why or why not?

Well, it is a controversial topic. Some say that they need to have seat belts, whereas others explain that the motion of a crash is a lot worse than a car. This would cause people that are buckled in to break ribs, and do internal injuries. Without them, the people fly forward into the padded seats in front of them, it is suppose to be less hazardous. I dunno if this is entirely true, but I heard this from someone somewhere down the line.

teenage drivers?

It matters what kind of bus? The school buses could have seat belts deciding which state you live in. I think only 5 states allow seat belts. Why? This is because the seat cushions your head so you will not get seriously hurt. In regular busess the buse company may not want to spend money on you. Also they do not care and are not prepared.

I am a bus driver...they do not have seatbelts because when they are in an accident they are designed to crunch up like an acordian....if they were hit from the side...well you got me on that one. They are designed if hit head on or from behind to crunch like an acordian

How good are older people's senses compared to younger people?

Good question!
There seem to be a lot of anomalies in our government.
Seat belts in cars were pushed by insurance companies.
Not for YOUR safety, but as a way to save them money. Also, if you are hit, insurance liabilities are such that you cannot collect more for injuries that you might have recieved by NOT wearing a seatbelt. I think the goverment went for this also because of the control. You cant arrest people that arent breaking a law.
So, busses?
I think its because dead kids dont cost as much as maimed ones. Or maybe thats too much credit.
Well, why do you get REAL steak knives on first class air?
Just more lies.
They dont care about you or me or kids.
Seat belts are SO neccesary for our safety that they AREN"T used in school busses. Its about money and control.
Gotta go, they're coming to take me away again.
