Legally you can't.just drive with your left foot that is what i did it when i was in a cast. i am driving a stick with my left leg in a cast. I really is not that hard just go out on a street or a parking lot that is not busy and just practice that is what i did until i got comfortable.

But it is possible to have someone drive you.if you are caught driving like that, you will be arrested and given one hell of a fine and maybe your licenses revoked. so you need to stop and think is it really worth it? i think not. and if you get into a accident, it will be your fault period.
