Theoretically, I could go any speed in any lane, as long as I'm going equal or greater than the minimum speed, and equal or less than the maximum speed.

Practically, I would be foolish to drive 65 mph in the fast lane, if the maximum speed limit is 70 mph, AND traffic, road and weather conditions are ideal.

First of all you are exceeding the speed limit for trucks and that is the beginning and end of the problem. If you were doing 55 or 6o then the person in the left lane would be able to pull to the right and not be in anyone's way. I love the way that truckers think they own the highway and that the speed limits apply only to passenger cars. Slow down, take a little longer to get there and save a few lives. There is a lot more to life than earning a few extra bucks and taking risks to do it.Two years have passed and my NJ DL not renewed. Still I can renew it without problems.?
