seatbelt laws?

Everyone should get out of a broken down car and get away from the traffic, even if it is up a hill. How many police have you seen on the news getting hit with even their lights flashing? People do not pay attention and it is pathetic! Cell phone on the streets should be outlawed and anyone who hits a pedestrian not paying attention should lose their license for good! Driving is a privilege, do it with pride, not stupidity and if you break down, get away from the road. PLEASE!!

can you please give me one-liner idea about cars?

not exactly sure what you are asking but... I don't stop on main highways (with traffic) and take the kids out of their carseats on either side of the car... very very stupid thing to do! if that needs to be done I find a side street that is dead... much safer! now if you are meaning why do they remove them from the car on the driver's side on a quiet side street--- that's because it's virtually impossible to climb over the car seat on the passenger side to get to the car seat on the driver's side to remove that child.... not to mention dangerous to the person doing it (possible back injuries etc) and I am sure not good on the car seat itself, and would probably loosen the car seat so you would need to retighten the lap belt that holds it in.
