How do you determine where the pollution came from once it leaves the tailpipe. You are being taught " Junk Science " at school; try something else unless you have very accurate statistics or access to EPA data. Most urban pollution does not come from on road vehicles anymore it is from industry and other sources. Also in Houston's case, a fair amount of it comes from Mexico and other nearby US cities.
