I flipped a garbage truck in bad weather on its side. making a left hand turn. I maintain I was not speeding and that the rear end slide out from under me. Truck lands on its side on moist pavement and slides an additional 15-20 feet. There has to be a formula to compute speed. I was cited for failure to maintain safe speed to avoid accident.
