Is there a list of motor carriers safety, to see who is best or worst?

For example you see a truck and you want to know how that company stands compared to others. Or you just want to see the list of who is best or worst. And not knowing the names or DOT numbers. Is it in the Federa Motor Carriers Safety Admin. website, if so where?
