what hight do you have to be to get out of a car seat?
This is not mandated for in any UK law. The employer does however have a duty of care towards its employees. I would contact the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) or a trade union for guidance if you think your employer is pushing you too hard. This is a tough one. Too many companies are pushing their people too hard these days.

Company car driving hours is not governed by law unlike HGV and PCV hours. Maybe it should be when you see the number of company car drivers driving whilst half asleep.I myself have driven almost 16 hours without much of a break in the past. As PCV and HGV drivers on or off tacho you would have to stop for a 30 min break after 5 1/2 hours.
what is the correct position for a rearview mirror?
24 hours, if they're stupid enough. There is no restriction on driving hours for any individual in a car. That said I would doubt if a company driver could be FORCED to do much more than a normal days work of 8/9 and even then with the same legal break requirements as apply to other workers i.e. a minimum of 1/2 hour after 5 1/2 hours and a further 1/2 hour after 9 (I think).More Questions & Answers ...
