Does this require grounding or bonding?

They don't tie their shoes right. People should tie their shoes in double knots if they are going to walk in front of cars. That way they won't lose them. It's the worst thing to walk in front of a car and get yourself hit. It only adds insult to injury if you have to walk home from the emergency room with no shoes. Plus, if you're hungry and you walk to a restaurant on the way home from the emergency room to get a cheeseburger, they might not serve you because there's sometimes a sign that says "no shirt, no shoes, no service". I have yet to see one of those signs that says "unless your shoes got knocked off when you walked in front of a car and got hit". What a drag would that be. You would have both your legs in casts, you would have no shoes, AND you would be hungry.
