I switched to them on the promise of a £36pm bill (Powergen was £49) and ended up paying £115 pm. Gits. Website was incredibly unreliable too, couldn't sign in half the time. Good riddance

yes, for the last 8 months they've been billing me for the wrong meter and they wont do anything about it...have told them i wont pay them until it's sorted they seem happy with that at the moment.

scottish power, when i fell behind with payment while i had a quarterly meter, came and installed a card meter so i could pay off the dept.. a year or so went by and i switched to british gas. scottish power wrote to me demanding virtually the same amount of money that i fell behind on the month they put in the card meter. it was like i had never paid off the dept at all. now their threatening to take me to court.....their total idiots.

Got a bill from them for £490 it was an estimated bill the meter reading according to them was 8138 to 8900 or something like that. My current meter at the time was 7815. So I was being charged for gas i hadn't used yet. They are useless!
