What do you do when your driving and you speed up?

ok so i went to take this stupid drivers test today, and i missed the question on what your supposed to do when you speed up. I read the little booklet thing like 5 times, and no where in that book does it say. My options that actually made sense were put both hands on the wheel OR look further into the distance on the road.

Is that possible to check if u r full stop or half stop from outside your car?

Looking further ahead does make sense as you need to anticipate any hazards that may arise while travelling at a higher rate of speed. Using both hands while a good idea and a great way to be a safer driver and have more control of your vehicle is NOT the correct answer in this particular case.
