Yep got in to big bother out sea kayaking earlier this year. I was in familiar home waters, and an experienced kayaker, and the weather totally blindsided us. We were REALLY lucky to get to shore and safety. Had one of us capsized there would have be nothing the other could have done to help.

Yes indeed! I have had a similar experience like yours.I suppose I was just 6 years old when this took place. I and my brother were playing near a railway line when a train came. Eventhough the train was at a considerable distance from us , I got panic and started running towards the middle of the track. Luckily a person who was passing by held my hand and pulled me out of the track. Thus I was saved! Thanks to Almighty and that passerby.

it was a few years ago on my birthday.. we were going to see my mum who was working in glasgow, i hadnt seen her for about 2 weeks ... so we drove there, halfway there on the motorway the rear passenger side tyre blows spectacularly, the car shot up onto the drivers side two wheels and we go on like tht for what seems like ages... when the lifted side comes down the car jerks round to face the barrier in the middle of the motorway... im sitting behind the driver and look out the window to see two humungous lorrys side by side approaching.. i honestly thought i was going to die!! the driver quickly swung the car into reverse and got us out by the skin of our teeth! TRUE STORY!!Can you built an airplane with a buget of $74.12 and a glue gun?
Went off a 30 foot cliff in the backseat of a 1973 Chrysler 300, fire engine red with white interior. Car turned upside down in mid-air and landed in twenty foot of water. I can't swim! Remembered Mom saying, Do your act of contrition. Then a strange peace came over me and I said goodbye. The springs from the backseat had impaled me and I couldn't get loose. Just as I was taking my last breath, a friend pulled me out. How do you thank someone...Anyway, in high school this is high drama and the girls couldn't stay away, even the crazy that drove the car off the cliff, which crazier still I accepted, I remember the guy next to me in the hospital saying something about Fels-Naptha soap. In those days they believed it prevented VD. The most incredible part was my Dad, now you have to know that Dad was a car nut and he loved that car more than any possession he ever owned. He walked into the hospital room and said, "son, don't worry about some stupid car, as long as you're okay, that is all that matters". What A Guy!! He's gone now, but he's still with me in everything I do. I think if more people had a Dad like him, the world would be a wonderful place! What is the specifications for the emergency "EXIT" sign that will meet the IFC 2003 code?
The first time I had a couple of 122mm rockets land and explode a few meters away from me in Baghdad. The only thing between me and the shrapnel were a small Iraqi shed. The shed took the shrapnel and I was lucky enough not to get hit.More Questions & Answers ...
