If the driver is approacing you pull over gently if possible (without any sudden movements) call police. The individual may be intoxicated or may have a medical condition such as diabetic shock or may be falling asleep at the wheel. In any case the call may save a life or lives.

1. There was, what I thought was an impaired driver in front of me. I slowed down, and went around her slowly, staying as far from her as possible.
