I park my car in my apartment's outdoor parking lot, one stubborn evildoer keeps on sticking screws on or throwing them beneath my tires when he walks by, causing a flat tire when I start to drive. I have to check it out every time before driving. The parking lot is poorly illuminated at night, making it harder to check. It's impossible to keep an eye on my car 24/7. Setting up surveillence camera is either not being permitted by the apartment management or too costly. I will be heartily appreciated if anyone here can suggest a solution to catch this guy ASAP---he is still going on with his evildoing routinely on a weekly basis.

Well, at first I'd say do the same to them, Or you have to spend the money on a night vison camera or stay up late once in a while and catch them with a waiting camera. Or complain to the complex, and tell them that your gonna take them to court.
