Cleaning brake dust from white wall tires?

What do you use to clean the brake dust off of your white wall tires? I have tried several products, but they do not remove the black completely. Is there something that you can spray on the tires to replet the dust and dirt?

i'd use a brillo pad with the blue stuff on the white walls works for me every time plus its way cheaper than buyin the otha stuff

what age do you thing a child should start driving?

I use a plastic scrub pad to clean the white letters on my tires. Works well and they stay clean longer than with chemicals.

Spray off tires with water, then take a S.O S pad to them keeping tire wet while scrubbing.

Games under $10.00 for teens are hard to find. What about a gift card to Target or another store, if they can go shopping? I don't know what a detention home is, but I sort of have an idea. Only other thing I can think of is to tell them their limit and just ask them to list 5 things they want under $10.00.
