Question:
I've been pulled over by an undercover cop today who said I was speeding, but I recon I wasn't as fast as he said I was. He was by himself, detecting my "following speed", no proof or anything. Do they have a speeding camera in their car? Is there any proof? It will cost me $250 and 4 points, which sucks. I only have 5 points left, and I really try to be careful lately. Any ideas if I should go to court or not?

A single word for a signalling method?
the cop would've had a speed gun in his car that would have caught u if u were speeding and u can ask to look at the speed gun to see if u were going that fast, they cant refuse u from looking at it, on the other hand, going to court will probably cost more in court costs than your fine is even if you are succesfulu still gotta pay court fees, so i would say the best way is to pay the fine and lose the points as the court will most likely fine u more than what u originally got fined for, i know its a no win situation but not much u can do
What kind of car are the Asian guys in the Nintendo Wii commercial driving?
go to your doctor get him to write out a letter stating that you have a bladder problem,, then in court you can present this as evidence that u were speeding , to or looking for a washroom, and that you were so desperate to go you had not noticed the increase in speed.Should standing on buses and trains be allowed?
OK first I must say that I am a Canadian and my 17 year old son has got a few speeding tickets.I suggest always go to court and plead not guilty and then you will be given a trail date. When you go to the trail half the time the cop won't show up. So you will get off. Just the other day my son went to court and made a plea with the crown that he would pay the ticket and $50 more if he could plead guilty as the registered owner of the car and they went for it. He still had to pay the fine but did not lose any Points on his license and his insurance will not go up either... So my advise to you is go to CRT. Good luck!! We do not have crt fees here in Canada.... as one other person wrote you.
