Question:

Answers:

Lefthand driving. Why do we and why do they?

you don't use a anchor on a barge you use a spud. its like 50 to 60 ft pole you crank up and down with a motor or crane to keep the barge stationary i live in the Chesapeake bay i work off barges every day Ive never seen one with a traditional anchor just what we call spuds you life up and down

I recently got Stopped for wreckless driving what should i do in my case?

try contacting your local harbor master, or the coast guard, they should have the specs you need, especially when it comes to saftey items.
