Mio C250 Sat Nav are they any good?

Question:
I am thinking of buying a Mio C250 Sat Nav..It seems to be a very reasonable price and includes a speed camera detector.
All the info that I have read on these..seem to make it too good to be true.
Has anybody got one of these and can give me a true review on the perfomance/reliability of it.
And of course I wouldn't mind finding somewhere that sells them nice and cheap (and legal)

I have a friend who's daughter works for the customer service dept of a well known electrical retailer. She told me that the majority of complaints they have recieved and problems dealing with are the firm tom tom. So I guess its up to you. I have navman systems and have never had any problems.
