Can I get roof flaps for my car?

Question:
They use them in racing to help keep their car from turning over when they spin out. Do you know if I can get something like that for my car or if they even sell something like that. I have a light car and my car spins out easily. I haven't turned over yet but i just want to prevent it from happening.

Are vehicles with signs that say, "Stay back 200 ft-not responsible for damaged windshields" truly not liable?

"Roof flaps" as you call them are for aerodynamics, not to keep race cars from rolling in a spin out. If you have a car that "spins out easily" I would suggest you slow down rather than try to add something to your vehicle. Start by having a tire shop evaluate your tires, if you spin out easily I would bet they are either bald, or the wrong tread pattern, then, with that problem solved, drive at or below the speed limit.

what type of idot wants to spen out on purpose?

need advice from parents?

Well Aaron,
take it to a body shop and asked them to install some, or if you are in Charlotte N.C. you might go by one of the racing organizations, DEI, or Hendrick would be happy to supply you with some after trying to figure out why in a small car that spins out because the driver can't turn properly....
By the way the "flaps" don't keep the car from turning over. It forces air into the drivers compartment when it goes backwards to keep the car on the ground. this usually only happens over 130 MPH. which calls for the next statement....Drive slower and learn how to drive around corners. If you are into drifting, these will ruin the aerodynamics of the car and make drifting impossible as it will cause excess down force while slidin'

my mom was involved in a car accident, who is at fault??

Don't drive like a fool and you wont spin out. You can cut holes in your car roof and use aluminum foil to make roof flaps.

WHO is at Fault in this car accident??

just like the other guy what car do ya have.

How long are the lines between the lanes on a freeway?

roof flap?!! ,from what Ive seen its little more than a piece of truck inner tube half glued ahead of a hole cut in roof,Im not sure it would help your spinning problem but there are many reasons, tire condition and or tire pressure, worn shock absorbers,or damaged sway bar mounts or links.,if is a front wheel drive extra weight in the rear doesnt help either,
