Hey fellow Florida residents- do you feel that we should have a law that bans cell phone usage while driving?

Question:
I am a long time resident of the Tampa Bay area and the traffic is bad enough with the seniors, snowbirds, and tourists. Throw cell phones into the mix and you have a very deadly situation. HWY 19 is the most deadly stretch of raodway in the entire nation. And I see that folks that talk on cellphones while driving (and there are MANY now) drive as if they were drunk.

Yes. I live in Southwest Florida and I nearly got creamed by a guy crossing three lanes of traffic without looking while jabbering on his cell phone.
