Assuming there's a intersection...i have a stop sign in front of me and there is a another stop sign for oncoming traffic...

"A" Car and "B" Car is coming straight just opposite from my direction and i want to turn right.
my question is:
is it means that i have to give way to A, B and all the traffic except the oncoming traffic is truning left?
