it was hot outside today and the squirel has been laying by the side of the road. I know there is a chance it could just be taking a nap, but how do I know for sure. I want to bring her a jar of water, to hydrate her.

Unfortunately, the chances the squirrel is alive is pretty impossible. If you are not sure, you can always walk up and check to see if it is breathing. I would take anything to it, if it is only taking a nap, it will get up and go get water. Where I come from, we have some really humid summers and the squirrels pretty much are self-reliant. Like I said, the squirrel is more than like dead, if it is, don't touch it just let it be.Has anyone purchased a used car and found out the airbag was a fake?
