There's no way of predicting. The variables are too many. What size tires are on the "passenger vehicle"? About what type of "passenger vehicle" are you talking? How heavy is the vehicle? Disc brakes in the front, drum in the rear, discs all around or drum brakes? ABS? Reaction time?by uk law must dogs be harnessed while travelling in a car?
