Can you fight a camera ticket and win?
anybig company will give you a try they will drug test you first.also what was the reason you faild seven yrs ago if it was for an accident you probley won't have a chance
but if it was for a random drug test.
if they don't ask then don't tell. if you tell them about it first they will not hire you but if you dont tell them then they might look at you try one of the big three warner, schinder, swift, or you can try cr.england or prime.

December 8, automobile accidents in Madison, WI., what happened?
In my experience I would not hire anyone that had failed a drug test, You would be driving a company truck, making that company liable for any accidents that might occur on the road. Also Trucking Companies do not have the last word, the insurance companies do ! On whether to hire or not ! And you would be considered a high risk.
do any of you people know any rulesbout how to drive on road n why you have to follow them?
The best suggestion I can give you is to go online to a website like www.truckingjobs.com. A failed UA these days is almost as bad as truck abandonment. You are going to have to make alot of phone calls and plead your case. Good Luck from a fellow trucker. My suggestion....go for regular(like every month at least) voluntary drug tests, and get the results in writing. Assuming they are good, take all these tests to a potential employer so you can PROVE to them that you are clean and have been for a long time. I know this may take a while, like a couple years, and now would be a good time to start, so if all else fails, and you've tried EVERYTHING else, you will have these couple years worth of clean results to fall back on. Just a thought, and good luck from a fellow road hammer!
