How to make driving in the sun easier?

When you have a hard time seeing when the sun's in your face while driving, how can you make it easier along with sunglasses?

Short of pulling over and waiting for the sun to move out of your way, or turning around and going in the other direction (lol) I'd say put on dark sunglasses and position the sun visor on the car as best you can. I don't think there's a heck of a lot else you can do.

go to auto parts store & get the sun-blocking film that goes across the top of your windshield. You will also find other sun-blocking things there, like the screen that parents put on the side window where baby sits.

Other than keeping your windshield very clean, and using the visors...there isn't much ya can do. The mkajority of accidents occur at night, or when the sun is in peoples' eyes. Personally, I try and avoid driving when the sun is low enough to cause problems.

there are a type of sunglasses which pilots wear and you can buy just the clip-on type to save money.they're called 'luminator' and they are yellow.not only will your acuity be better but probably your spirits too.they cut glare of course or pilots wouldn't use them.try to find a pair that has some blocking from the side.most of the brands that carry them make them look very "classy",the cheapest i found was about $80 on up but it's like anything else that if you take care of them you'll have them a long time.take care of your eyes and also prevent accidents.LOL.
