Oh yeah, learn to spell and write. Just trying to get through your syntax errors and mis spellings was painful enough.
Why is the road sign called "u-turn" when in actual fact we are doing "n-turn" ?
1) Stop smoking crack.2) Don't over look your education, it's important.
3) Thank your lucky stars you did not kill someone.
do you know when they will be giving away free car seats?
4) Stop driving until you can understand that you are endangering others with your choices.
Can u get a ticket or get pulled over for having the car stereo turned up too loud?
i was a truckdriver for 36 years and there is no way in hell you can go 103 mph by accident...power poles going by a little fast were they?Is this a question, or just a comment?
The problem is that 103MPH is an automatic ban, anything over 100MPH is an automatic ban.
The magistrates cannot show discretion any other way than the length of the ban they give you as the book they abide by says:
parking for 7.5 ton lorry in camden area?
+100MPH Ban - Automatic - length of ban at magistrates discretion.
I got banned for 3 months, I got caught, it was a mistake, I got banned, but I tell you what....I did not whine as much as you do. I just got on with it.
Get used to it
Oh and daydreaming is 'driving without due care and attention' so please dont use that as an excuse.
turning radius for city buses?
The law sucks, I fully agree with your Question, not really a question though!! But a law is a law however silly the are!Accidental my ***!!
How can you make a road broad?
At least you're not bitter about it...
Ive just bought a seven seater car?
Dude, this is like the 4th time you've whined about this.is it legal to make a left turn across solid or dashed yellow line to a small intersecting road?
Yeah the law sucks, England is only after the motorist, blah blah. This has been the same story for the last 10 years.
Jerking the steering wheel to the right or left can cause the vehicle to skid.?
You got caught, take it like a man, and stop asking the whole world for sympathy.
how do you sneak out with an alarm system?
Is that 103 miles or kilometers per hour? What was the speed limit? Was it your first ticket? If you are in the US, 103 is at least 35-40 miles over the limit, that must have been some daydream. Why are people in such a damn hurry to get from point a to point b when driving?
i see were your coming from and it is crap but the people answering your last ? are just as peed off with the ones that get away with it, not just you mate. its a soft country we live in and there are do-gooders out there that are killing this country but what can we do to stop it??? just as angry as you i am.Car drivers who use mobile phones, why?
I hope I wasn't an a**ss to you. No one except little old ladies and idots have completely clean hands when it comes to motoring. That includes me, right down to twenty over once, same reason, day dreaming. If I have not been offensive, in this or other communications, it is because I do know I am not perfect either. And yes, I have driven a bigger vehicle (straight, higher tonnage, and people treat you like suck.
None the less, if I have not been offensive, why not award me best answer for both this and the other reply, to your first question? I have never asked anyone to do this before, but I do know most other responses were anything but kind.
Feck it, we are all just human. No truck driver goes without some citation eventually!
This happened to me too. I was driving home from work and I guess I must have been daydreaming or something because I was doing 95 when I glanced down. I didn't get pulled over, which was good. : D Now I blast the radio to keep me alert.
case federal or state possible
What is the safest car and why?
You could try legal advice, and although I'm no legal expert, your chances of coming out with yoiur job intact is slim. You were driving at a rather high speed, so that's enough for the authorities. Even Nick Freeman would have his work cut out, unless he can find some loophole somewhere, of course...
Also, it's unfortunate that some people seem to believe that speed is the be-all of road safety, and would happily have speed cameras every two metres on our roads spying on us.Don't listen to such people, who are quite frankly too brainwashed or stupid/ignorant to undertstand.
Why aren't school buses equipped with air bags or at the very least, seat belts?
Thing is you can have all the speed detection and MPH pedanticsim in the world, but is that going to stop some drunkard incabable of controling a car driving home from the pub after a good binge? Not unless he happens to be speeding, of course That's why we need more human coppers patroling our roads, rather than pathetic machines.
Is there anything I can do to my tires?
103 in a truck is insane, if thats what you did then thats a little more than a mistermeaner. If it was in a car though, especially a modern planted car, then I agree with you it's time they actually started dealing with proper criminals rather than the easy targets. Problem is the jury are afraid of proper criminals, they just want lots of fast definite convictions to show that they catch more criminals, failing completly to realise that we'd rather rapists be removed from society and real menaces dealt with than people who stray a couple of numbers!Anyone heard anymore news on the 2 year mot, I believe a lot of Europe already have?
In the 1960's a car needed 315ft to stop from 70-0, but modern cars can do it in half that, not to mention in full control. Most would do your 103-0 in less than that which shows how out-dated the speed rules are in many respects.
How much fun is setting off the airbags in you car?
Well there is only you to blame for going to fast so no point wineing about it. Thats the law and thats that.May I take the time to point out that the word some of you are searching for is MISDEMEANOUR?
will a lit cigarette dropped in a gas tank ignite true r false?
I reckon the poster here is winding us up because no truck can exceed 56mph because of governors fitted nowadays. Ever spent ages stuck behind one lorry trying to overtake another on a dual carriageway? That's why. Oh, and who ever said life was fair?
What must a citizen do to enforce a stop-light on a dangerous intersection?
As an answer to the basic problem of points though, I have two licences, one french and one english. I use the english one in France and the French one here. I still have all my 24 points that way.
is it necessary to have a license to buy a gun in Newyork USA?
I would like to know what truck can go 103mph - or do you mean 103kmh?If there is no line at a stop sign to show where to stop, where do you stop?
Unfortunately mate your looking at an automatic ban. If it was in Scotland it would be a court appearance but not necessarily a ban. Although you weren't deliberately speeding I would recommend you don't mention daydreaming as the could up the charge to careless driving. Your best course of action is to say you hadn't realise you speed had crept up to 103mph (hardly "slight" but it didn't hurt anyone) but admit you were wrong. Take it on the chin, life goes on. Speeding's easier to monitor than kiddie fiddling though.Freeway speed 30MPH does it sounds sensible?
Look at http://www.pepipoo.com/home.htm... to see if the rules have been adherred to. Failing that take your ban like a man. It's a load of B*****ks that you were accidentally doing that speed. specially as you allege to be a professional driver. It's not a misdemeanour your were at least 33mph over the maximum speed limit. You too are one of the "real criminals" and you will get a slap on the wrist (a few weeks ban) so you're being treated just as equally as the local smackheadYour mistake is that you weren't paying attention to a lethal weapon at high speeds. I've no problem with people going fast providing they're on the right type of road with their brain switched on. Yours obviously wasnt.
At least your insurance will like the increased premiums and maybe just maybe you'll switch on in the future.
