It depends on the state you live in. Most states have laws against selling cars that are unsafe. But if you signed a waver or as is sticker when you bought the car than its on you. I would talk to the dealer and see were they stand then talk to the states attorney and see what you can do.possibly..... it really depends on what the product is and if you really think that it is that big of deal to turn in... jus get your money back..

No most cars are sold as seen.You should have got it checked before you bought it as the seller can now say it was fine when they sold it.Be more carefull in future
