they are suposed to be 13 and i dont know how tallwell they say they should be in a car seat till they are 9 years old!! So Im guessing not till they are at least 10 years old... i guess if you dont have air bags it wont be that bad, but the air bags could hurt small children if they go off.... you could prob ask your insurance provider, they should be able to tell you some info
