If we have tolls on motorways will this snarl up all the minor roads?

The state takes care of the interstate. The only problem you have is that you were on the road you knew the conditions were bad, but you stayed on the road anyway. You have no case against the state.

What Frightens you the most about driving?

You should call the high way patrol in your area. Some times ice can not be prevented when there is a storm. If it gets that bad, you should get off the road. It takes years of driving to learn how to drive on winter roads, and then you can never trust it. They will not post signs.. Hope your bruises get better and better of luck to you in the future !!

Driving tips?

The Department of Transportation is the entity that deals with snow and ice on Interstate roadways.
How could you not know that the possibility of ice on the roads existed in freezing weather though?
You are responsible for recognizing hazards while you drive. The DOT can't warn each and every person of each and every problem on any give stretch of road. It is just not possible. Sorry!

Traffic Rule Questions?

Your insurance co. is responsible for fixing your car. As far as who is responsible for ice...............try suing the man upstairs.

Road workers do as much as they CAN, but they cannot be held responsible for your problem. That's how it goes sometimes.
