I have a question for someone with their PA state inspection license for truck tractors.?

Question:
If the wheel seals are leaking will the tractor pass state inspection? These are leaking really bad. Also the slip yoke has a lot of play in it. Will that pass? I don't have my inspection license, but Ive been doing PM's and repairs on them for about 10 years. Someone with a state inspection license is telling me that it passes with leaking wheel seals and I beg to differ.

Answers:

Who should be allowed to drive?

You are correct,a leaking wheel seal will get you a redtag if the leak is alowing fluid to puddle, also a spray pattern on the wheels from leaking seals will get you a further inspection
