Where can I find reflective paste or tape?

I'm looking for those "3M" reflective paste or tape. I am looking for mainly paste or something that is liquid. The reflective 3M material I am talking about is the ones on highway cones, or on highway signs that reflect really bright when you flash your car lights at it. I want to know what is it really called and where I can purchase it. Thank you.
