Question:
I have heard Pros and Cons about this subject...I think that if the seats had a bar across them, like "Roller Coaster' do, it would they children from flying around if the bus should tip over....Does anyone agree?
Answers:
why don't people turn on there headlights when it rains or is hard to see?
I ride a school bus every day, and personally, no, I don't think there should be any bars or seat belts for a couple of reasons. First, in the case of a bar and the bus tipped over, kids would be stuck in the seats w/o a way down that wouldn't hurt them. And, something else, how would they get the bars to unlock? A switch with the driver would be ineffective if the driver were killed or too seriously injured to release them. Also, I have heard that if the kids were strapped into the seats, the seats would come loose and fly forward with the kids in them in the case of a sudden stop. I personally believe that the kids are safer as the buses are now than with any modifications made with restraining devices.onwhich website can i get a proper information about used two wheelers and four wheelers?
its a tough question. I have kids and I am as up in the air as anyone. if you strap them in and the bus goes into a lake, you could have trouble fast. or if it catches on fire. just a wreck can disable any kind of electronic release system. so we are still stuck with what we have now. I can not tell which is the worse. except its just a numbers game from here. its not likely all kids in a bus will be killed in any situation if they are free to get off in an emergency. in some situations restraints can cause a loss of all... what do you do?How can I tell why this is fully charged?
I also ride a bus every day to school and thing that it is absolutly retarded to have seat belts on busses. When your on a bus theres not many cars that are bigger and the bus is gonna take the shock i a car hits it. Also Busses+rolling=not very common so School bus+seat belts= Big waste of tax moneydoes anyone know of a car-not a people carrier-that can fit 3 childseats in the back seat?
I absolutely think they should have seat belts. I'm not keen on the roller coaster bar idea (even though it is not bad). What is the name of the weapon that stops cars?
i think they should have,,it would be safer for the kids,,i don't see how they figure they don't need them,,some of those buses travel long distances, and they do get in accidents so in my opinion they should have to have them ,also,,we get a ticket if we don't have them or use them,,because they say their concerned for our lives,,and yet you have a bus load of kids riding around, not being still,it don't make any sense to me at all,but i think by law all buses should have to have them ,and they should have to wear them,,just my opinion though,,good luck hope this help,s.How often should I re-vulcanize my tires?

Police Men do not care about the public?
Its an unnesccary expense. Passengers don't fly around in busses like the do in light vehicles. DOT and NSF have both looked into this long before the first of hundreds of YA users asked about it.More Questions & Answers ...
