I was away on vacation for a week and it appears that my car was damaged by a neighbor backing out of their driveway. I asked the neighbor and they said they didnt do it but that they ran a daycare out of the home and it could have been a client. They also said it was my fault for parking where I did(there is no other place to park though).

If you don't have proof, how do you know the neighbor did it? If they run a daycare and think a client did it, the client should be back. Check the cars that show up. There should be damage that matches up with yours. Also tell your neighbor that he/she is an idiot....if someone hits a parked car, it's not your fault.lets kick his azz!

claim it as hit and run, there's nothing you can do to the neighbor without proofIs there damage to your neighbors car did you call the cops to make a police report....
