seniors driving?

i have three front light, two back lights on my bike and i wear a reflective jacket when i ride my bike. The problem is that some motorists are too dumb to use there eyes. I think riding a cycle should be included in the driving test so that all motorists have an awareness of cyclists.
as with everything, there is allways a minority(bad drivers /cyclists) that give people a bad name
