Why do some seatbelts get twisted in that thing they go through if the manufacturer made them right?

Question:
I noticed this happening on my first vehicle and now on my previous vehicle. They're not supped to have any twists in them. I didn't see or notice this happening, but do they somehow with how I put the seatbelt on? Did this quickly happen when I wasn't looking?

Answers:

My kid is 7 and weighs 50 pounds does he need a car seat?

cause the manufactorer wants you to die in that car,,,,,its an insurance thingy,,,so many people must die in auto accidents each year for hospitals to stay in business...pill companys to stay afloat,,,,they all get rich off of us,,,and some die in the process,,,thats just the chance of life..

Do seat belts really reduce deaths????

Maybe you're handling it too roughly. Maybe the protector thingy is broken.
